Travel Risks: Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, and unforeseen events. Birdwing Travels s will not be responsible for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss resulting from any travel-related activities or events.

Third-Party Services: Birdwing Travels s acts as an intermediary between the client and various service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation services, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or negligent acts by these third parties. Any claims related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the service providers.

Changes in Itinerary: Itineraries are subject to change without notice due to weather conditions, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Birdwing Travels s reserves the right to adjust itineraries in the best interest of the client.

Non-Liability: Birdwing Travels s shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

Personal Responsibility: All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct travel documents (passports, visas, etc.), travel insurance, and adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by local authorities and Birdwing Travels s.

Amendments and Updates: Birdwing Travels s reserves the right to update or amend this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy an magicks voyage
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, written notification must be provided to us. The cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the written communication. The following cancellation charges apply:

Booking Amount & Tickets: Non-refundable (33% booking amount).
45 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the total tour/service cost will be deducted.
30 Days Prior to Arrival: 70% of the total tour/service cost will be deducted.
21 Days Prior to Arrival: No refund will be provided.

Safety Disclaimer
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated by Birdwing Travels s, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control. These risks include, but are not limited to:
• Hazards of traveling in undeveloped or remote areas.
• Transportation by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of travel.
• Forces of nature such as extreme weather conditions.
• Political unrest or instability.
• Acts of lawlessness or terrorism.
• Accidents or illness in remote regions where rapid evacuation or adequate medical facilities may not be available.
While Birdwing Travels s will make every effort to ensure safety and appropriate measures during the journey, we do not assume liability for the provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care provided. By agreeing to participate in a vacation or optional excursions with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Birdwing Travels s is not responsible for risks and dangers beyond its control. Your payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of these risks, and you agree to hold Birdwing Travels s harmless in such instances.
